What started inside The Orange Clover in 2012 is growing beyond the café.
For years, Chef Rachel has created food meant to bring people together. Some of those flavors became more than menu favorites — they became the products our guests wanted to take home.
That is where Orange Clover Trading Company begins.
From our signature Original Poppy Seed Dressing to Zero Sugar, Spicy, Mom’s Hot Sauce, and our growing line of dressings and condiments, we are taking the flavors and heart of The Orange Clover beyond our four walls.

We believe good food should be versatile, approachable, and made for more than one kind of table. That is why we're developing our products in packaging for everyday homes, retail shelves, healthcare, restaurants, catering, and foodservice.
